Utah Renaissance Fair

Posted by: Leisa  :  Category: Dancing Through History

Since I have decided to live my life with more passion and enjoy life more I’ve been looking for the golden opportunities that say “come out and play.” Today we played the local tourist. The day began by attending the Utah Renaissance Fair in Ogden, UT. Craig lived in England for a while so he had been to several Medieval fairs before. This was a first for the kids and I. The kids got to learn a little about Medieval history and experience a little renaissance culture.

Here are some photo highlights of the day.

Treat Each Day as a Separate Life

“Live this day as if it will be your last. Remember that you will only find “tomorrow” on the calendar of fools. Forget yesterday’s defeats, and ignore the problems of tomorrow. This is it. Dommsday. All you have. Make it the best day of your year. The saddest words you can every utter are, “If I had my life to live over again…” Take the baton, now. Run with it! This is your day!” ~ Og Mandino

That’s what this new blog is about.

  • It’s about running with life.
  • It’s about celebrating life.
  • It’s about sharing what works.
  • It’s about dancing.
  • It’s about great music..
  • It’s about great food.
  • It’s about celebrating good friends and good times.
  • It’s about celebrating the little things.
  • It’s about celebrating people.

It’s time for me to live fully and live passionately. This is my journey!
